# Naatriumaskorbaati (E 301) kirjeldus Naatriumaskorbaati on C-vitamiini (askorbiinhape) naatriumisool, millel on antioksüdatiivne toime. Toiduainetuses kasutatakse seda konservandina ja oksüdatsioonitõrje ainena, et säilitada toodete värskust ja takistada rasvade kärsimist. Aine on poolsünteetiline, kuna kuigi baasaines (C-vitamiin) esineb looduses, saadakse toidulisand peamiselt keemilise töötlemise teel.
