# Puhverdatud äädikas (E 267) Puhverdatud äädikas on äädikal põhinev toidulisand, millele on lisatud ained, mis reguleerivad selle hapesust. Seda kasutatakse toidutööstuses järjekindluse säilitamiseks ja hapesuse kontrollimiseks erinevates toitudes nagu maiustused, kastmed ja konserveeritud toiduained. Aine on pooleli looduslikust ja pooleli töödeldud päritoluga, kuna põhineb loodusliku aädikaga, millele on lisatud inimese poolt valitud reguleerivaineained.
