# E 445 – Glycerol esters of wood rosins Glycerol esters of wood rosins on toiduadditiiiv, mis saadakse looduslikust vaigust ja glütserooli kombineerimisega. Seda kasutatakse toidusse segamisel, et parandada erinevate koostisosade (näiteks õlide ja vee) segunemist ning muuta toidu tekstuuri stabiilsemaks. Kuigi põhineb looduslikul aisel, on tegemist keemiliselt töödeldud, seega osaliselt sünteetilise päritoluga ainet.
