# Rosmariini ekstrakt (E 392) Rosmariini ekstraktist valmistatud toidulisand kaitseb rasvu sisaldavaid tooteid oksüdeerumise eest, säilitades nende värskust ja maitseid pikemat aega. Looduslikust päritolust ainena kasutatakse seda erinevates toiduainetega - lihatooted, määred, maiustused ja muud rasvarikkaad tooted saavad selle lisandi abil kauem säilitatavaks.
