Erütorbhappe ehk E 315 on antioksüdant, mis aeglustab toidus rasva ja õli oksüdeerumist, säilitades nii toidu värvi ja maitseid kauem. Toiduainete tootmisel kasutatakse seda peamiselt lihatoodetes, juustus ja õlidega toitudes. Tegemist on sünteetiliselt valmistatud ainega, mis on keemiliselt väga sarnane loomuslikus askorbiinhappes (C-vitamiin) esinevale ühendile.
