# Gamma-tocopherol (E 308) Gamma-tocopherol on naturaalne E-vitamiin, mis kuulub tokoferolide perekonda. Toiduainetess kasutatakse seda antioksüdandina, et hoida toiduprodukte, eriti õliseid toiduaineid, rasvumisest ja halvenemisel.
