# Natamütsiin (E 235) Natamütsiin on antimikrobialne konservant, mis pärineb looduslikult bakteriast Streptomyces natalensis ja mida kasutatakse peamiselt juustu ja muude piimatoitude pinnale rakendatuna, et vältida hallituse ja teiste patogeensete mikroorganismide kasvu. Aine on looduslik päritoluga, kuigi seda tootmises biotehnoloogiliselt valmistatud kujul kasutatakse. Natamütsiin on väga efektiivne väikestes kogustes ja seda peetakse turvaliseks toiduaineks.
