# Sülfitid (E 220–228) Sulfiidid on ainete grupp, mis sisaldavad väävlit ja toimivad toidus säilitusainete ning oksüdeerimise vastaste ainetena. Neid kasutatakse eriti veini, kuivatatud puuvilja ja mõningaste lihatoodetelisade säilitamiseks, et pikendada nende säilivusaega ja säilitada värvi.
