# Sorbhape ja bensoehape ning nende soolad Sorbhape, potassiumsorbaat, bensoehape ja bensoaadid on konserveerivad aineid, mida kasutatakse toiduainete seenete ja bakterite vastu kaitsmiseks. Neid lisatakse peamiselt mahlade, jogurtite, marmelaadide, maiustuste ja muude kiiresti riknevate toodete juurde, et pikendada nende säilivust.
