# Lütopeen (E 160d) Lütopeen on punane pigment, mis esineb looduslikult tomatites, arbuusides ja muudes punasvärvilistes köögiviljade ning marjade. Toiduainete tootmisel kasutatakse seda värvilist ainet peamiselt erinevate joogide, dessertide ja salatite punase või roosa värvuse andmiseks. Kuigi lütopeen võib olla nii looduslikus vormis eraldatud kui ka sünteetiliselt toodetud, tunnustatakse seda ohutuks lisandiks, mida kasutatakse üle maailma mitmes riigis.
