# Paprika ekstrakt (E 160c) Paprika ekstrakt on punase paprika ja tšilli pebrist saadud looduslik värvaine, mis annab toidule punast kuni oranži värvi. Seda kasutatakse erinevates toiduainetes nagu maiustused, juustud, kuiva- ja konserveeritud lihatoodete värvimisel. Aine sisaldab kasvaitest pärinevaid pigmente kaptsantiini ja kapsorubiini ning kuulub lubatud toidulisandite nimekirja.
