# Green S (E 142) Green S on sünteetiline värvaine, mida kasutatakse toidule roheline värvus andmiseks. Seda leidub peamiselt maiustuste, jookide ja muude töödeldud toodete seas, kus see aitab tootele atraktiivsemad värvused saada. Aine on Euroopa Liidus lubatud toidulisandina, kuid seda saab kasutada vaid teatud toidukategooriate puhul ja kehtestatud koguste piires.
