# Azorubine (E 122) Azorubine ehk carmoisine on punane kunstlik värvaine, mida kasutatakse erinevate toodete nagu maiustuste, joogide ja dessertide värvimiseks. Seda sünteetilist ainet toodetakse keemiliste protsesside abil ja seda on lubatud kasutada Euroopa Liidu toiduadditiiviõigustes määratud kogustes. Aine kuulub värvainete kolmandasse rühma ning on märgitud E-koodiga E 122.
