# Fosfaadid (E 338–341, E 343, E 450–452) Fosfaadid on erinevate fosforhappe soolade rühm, mida kasutatakse toiduainetele säilitusomaduste parandamiseks, tekstuuri muutmiseks ja niiskuse säilitamiseks. Neid leidub näiteks lihatootes, juustus, pagaritoodetes ja jookides, kus nad aitavad toidul kauem värske jääda ja paremini säilida.
