# Group III – Värvained kombineeritud piiranguga Group III (Colours with combined maximum limit) on värvainete grupp, mille kuuluvad ained on lubatud kasutada paljudes toiduainetes, kuid neil on kehtestatud ühiselt kombineeritud maksimaalne kontsentratsioonipiirang. Nende värvainete eesmärk on muuta toit visuaalselt atraktiivsemaks ja säilitada toodete värvust töötlemise ja ladustamise ajal. Grupi värvained võivad olla nii looduslikust päritolust (näiteks karamelli värv) kui ka sünteetilisest päritolust (näiteks punased ja kollased azovärvained), kuid kõiki neid reguleeritakse rangelt, et tagada tarbijate ohutus.
