# Steviolglükosiidid fermentatsiooni teel (E960b) Steviolglükosiidid on magusained, mis saadakse stevia taimest fermentatsiooni protsessi abil. Neid kasutatakse toiduainetes ja jookides naturaalse või sünteetilise suhkru asendajana, et vähendada kalorite ja suhkru sisaldust. Tegemist on osaliselt looduslikult pärit ainete töödelud versiooniga, kuna kuigi algselt pärinevad need stevia lehtedest, on nende saamine fermentatsiooniprotsessi kaudu poolsünteetiline meetod.
