# Kaltsiumaskorbaat (E 302) Kaltsiumaskorbaat on C-vitamiini ja kaltsiumiga ühendatud aine, mis toimib antioksüdandina ja säilitusainena. Toidutööstuses kasutatakse seda peamiselt liha-, kala- ja muude saaduste värvi ja värskust säilitamiseks ning rancidumi tekkimise takistamiseks. Tegemist on looduslikust allikast (C-vitamiin pärineb tavaliselt puuviljade ja köögiviljade karbohydraatidest) toodetud ühendiga, mis on ohutu ja laialt kasutusel olev lisand.
