# E476 – Polyglycerol polyricinoleate Polyglycerol polyricinoleate on emulgaator, mis pärineb riitsiõli põhjal valmistatud sünteetilisest ainest. Toidutööstuses kasutatakse seda ainult väga väikestes kogustes, et eri toidukomponendid paremini kokku seguneksid – näiteks šokoladi ja maiuse tootmisel hoitakse selle abil kaakao ja rasva lahuses kokku. Kuigi aine on sünteetiliselt valmistatud, algab selle tegelik toimeaine riitsiõlist, mis on looduslikust allikast pärit.
